Contact Point to German Investors
We act as your information agent and contact point to German retail investors demanding for information such as prospectus, KIIDs, annual reports, shareholder notices and other legally required investor documents.
We will be pleased to provide your German investors with all relevant information, either in person at our office or electronically.
If we are mandated as paying agent, we set up the payment process for German investors and forward in-/outgoing payments according to the legal provisions and the fund company's instructions.
Your German investors will find a competent team at Marcard, Stein & Co to answer their questions promptly and in German language, to process their payments and to support them in case of complaints.
