We are located in the City Centre of Hamburg near to the Alster river.
How to find us
Wherever you are travelling from, our concierge team will of course be happy to help you organise your journey in advance. We would be happy to pick you up in person from the airport or central station. If you are travelling by car, we will keep a parking space available nearby.
If you prefer to organise your journey yourself, we are roughly 20 minutes away from the airport by taxi or tram. Hamburg Central Station is just a 10-minute walk away.
Hamburg Taxi provides a special airport service which picks you up from a special meeting point in front of terminal 1 or terminal 2. With this service you are picked up in few minutes and avoid long queues at the taxi rank.
