Lost your card? You can reach the central card blocking hotline here, 24 hours a day, free of charge within the US. When calling from abroad, the rates charged by your telephone provider apply:

With your Girocard and Mastercard, you® can access cash anytime, anywhere. Depending on merchant acceptance and card type, you can of course also pay for your purchases directly on site. Our ®Mastercard offers you the additional benefits of a globally accepted credit card with the associated security provided by the TransactVerify app.

Download the TransactVerify app (only available within EEA countries)
Use the download link or scan the QR code and download the new app from the App Store or Google Play Store. You can register directly and easily in the app.
Mastercard ® Identity Check™
We recommend the new TransactVerify app. If you do not wish to use this, you can continue to use Mastercard ® Identity Check™ for the mTAN procedure.
