Over the weekend of May 9 to 10, 2026, our IT system transition has successfully completed as planned. As a result, a wide range of new features are now available to you, such as improved online banking with real-time portfolio information, as well as our Marcard banking app, "myBanking."

Where can I find the Marcard Banking app "MyBanking"?

In the future, you’ll be able to handle your banking transactions securely and flexibly on your smartphone or tablet. The new Marcard Banking app “MyBanking” is available for this purpose—it will be available for download in both app stores shortly before the transition under the keyword “MyBanking.” Important: Before you can use the new app, you must first activate your new online banking on a PC or laptop. Please refer to our brochure "Your New Online Banking" for instructions on how to do this.

Apps | SecureGo Plus App

Where can I download the SecureGo plus app for the new online banking authentication process?

The SecureGo plus app is the authentication app for your new online or mobile banking. Without this app, you cannot log in to the new online banking. You need a smartphone or tablet with the app installed. You can download the app for free from the App Store appropriate for your device.

Data Room

How can I securely share large amounts of data with my advisor and other parties, such as my tax advisor?

For secure data exchange, Marcard SecureDocs—the platform from Atruvia AG in partnership with Dracoon—is available to you. In the future, you’ll also be able to access documents in the data room via an app on mobile devices. Feel free to contact your advisor if you need a shared data room. 

 

How do I set up two-factor authentication?

As part of our IT system transition, the login process for the Marcard data room application is being expanded to include two-factor authentication. This makes access to the shared data exchange even more secure and better protected.

Recurring payments

Will standing orders be processed over the weekend of the IT system transition on May 9–10, 2026?

All existing standing orders will be carried over and executed on time. 

 

Account numbers

Will the account numbers change?

Yes, starting May 11, 2026, the account numbering system—and thus the account numbers—will change.

Please feel free to contact your advisors if you need a comparison of your current and new account numbers.

EBICS

What changes are being made to the EBICS process?

EBICS (Electronic Banking Internet Communication Standard) is a secure, internet-based standard for bulk payment transactions and data exchange between customers and banks.

The EBICS procedure remains unchanged. However, please note the change in the communication address: With the IT system transition on May 9–10, 2026, the communication address for the EBICS bank computer will change. Participants must update the bank computer address and, if necessary—depending on the application used—re-initialize and generate new electronic keys.

Real-time transfers (Instant Payment)

Will real-time transfers be possible?

Starting May 11, 2026, SEPA real-time payments will be available as “Instant Payments.”

With a real-time transfer (Instant Payment), you can transfer money directly to the recipient’s account via online banking in just a few seconds. Unlike regular transfers, real-time transfers are processed 24/7—even on weekends and holidays. 

To make a real-time transfer via online banking, you must check the box labeled “Execute as real-time transfer” in the transfer entry form. 

Please check the transfer details carefully and only approve transfers if the payee matches the account holder. If this is not the case, please verify the recipient’s details with the account holder. Real-time transfers reach the recipient immediately and cannot be easily reversed.

Email

Will the email addresses change as a result of the IT system transition?

All email addresses you are familiar with will remain the same.

Please note that the signature in our emails will have a different appearance in the future.

 

Will the current options for encrypting emails remain available?

You can continue to send encrypted emails in the way you are familiar with.

Bank statements

What will change with the bank statements?

The appearance of your account statements will change slightly following the IT system transition over the weekend of May 9–10. However, you will still find all the information regarding your account transactions clearly presented on your account statement as usual. 

 

Will the numbering of my account statements change?

No, the sequential numbering of your account statements will not be affected by the system transition and will continue uninterrupted.

 

Will there be a separate account statement due to the IT system transition on May 9–10, 2026?

Yes, a closing account statement will be generated as of May 8, 2026 (end of day). Starting Monday, May 11, 2026, you will receive your account statement from the new system. The sequential numbering of your account statements will continue.

 

Account numbers

Will the account numbers change?

No: Your current account number and IBAN will remain available as usual even after May 11, 2026.

Credit Card | Mastercard ®

Will I receive a new credit card?

As part of the IT system transition, your credit card will be replaced with a new Mastercard ® Gold featuring more comprehensive insurance benefits. The terms and conditions and the range of services for your new credit card remain unchanged and correspond to the scope agreed upon with you. We will provide all credit cardholders with detailed information about the new Mastercard ® Gold and the planned mailing dates in April.

 

Will my card number and PIN change?

Yes, your new credit card has a new card number. You will also receive a new PIN by mail. If you have saved your card details for recurring payments, you should update this information immediately.

 

Will the use of my credit card be restricted during the weekend of the IT system transition on May 9–10, 2026?

You can use your credit card without restriction during the weekend of the IT system transition on May 9–10, 2026.

Online Banking 

Will online banking be available during the IT system transition on the weekend of May 9–10, 2026?

Please note that online banking will be unavailable from May 8, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. until May 11, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Starting Monday, May 11, 2026, you will be able to use online banking again starting at 9:00 a.m.

What should I do if I no longer have my new login credentials?

You will receive your new login credentials in two separate letters before the transition weekend. If you no longer have the credentials needed for the initial setup, they will need to be reissued and sent to you. Please contact your advisor for assistance.

 

I don’t have online banking access yet, but I’d like to use it in the future. What should I do?

If you do not yet use online banking, please speak with your advisor: They will be happy to assist you with the application.

 

Where can I find the login page for online banking?

The following link to online banking will remain the same even after the IT system transition:

Please note that the new online banking will be available starting Monday, May 11, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

 

Will existing transfer templates be transferred to the new online banking system?

All existing templates will be transferred. However, these will no longer be linked to a user as before, but to an account. Individual templates may therefore be linked to different accounts than expected or exist multiple times if several users created slightly different templates.

 

Will my saved transaction records from the previous online banking system still be available?

Documents from your previous online banking system will only be automatically transferred to the new system for the period from February 1 to May 8, 2026. Please note that the technical transfer of documents will take place gradually during the first week following the transition, and not all documents to be transferred may be immediately visible on May 11, 2026.

We ask that you download and save older documents from your e-mailbox yourself by Friday, May 8, at 12:00 p.m. at the latest, if needed.

 

What happens to HBCI access with electronic signatures?

If you use banking and financial software, we will send you the login credentials for your HBCI/FinTS connection during the transition weekend. You can use these to log in to our new system.

 

 

Phone

Will the phone numbers change?

All the phone numbers you know will remain the same.

 

Will telephone availability be limited?

Before and after the IT system transition on May 9–10, 2026, we will be available as usual at the phone numbers you are familiar with.

Please note that our telephone system will be migrated as early as the beginning of April. On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, landline availability may be limited under certain circumstances. The mobile phone numbers you are familiar with will be available at all times and are not affected by the transition.

Bank transfers

Will transfer templates and scheduled transfers be carried over?

All templates and scheduled transfers that have already been set up will remain available to you in online banking and will be executed even after the IT system transition on May 11, 2026.

Securities settlements

Will there be any changes to the securities statements?

The format of your securities statements will change slightly following the IT system transition on the weekend of May 9–10. However, you will still find all the information regarding your transactions clearly presented on your securities statement as usual. 

Securities Trading

Will securities trading be affected by the IT system transition over the weekend of May 9–10, 2026?

Please note that no further securities transactions will be possible after 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026. Securities trading will resume as usual on May 11, 2026.
