Ranging from comprehensive private travel organisation and the planning of private events to the procurement of business cards for all family members or the organisation of an unusual gift, we perform these tasks in-line with our high internal quality and privacy standards. We can also manage the traditional tasks of a private secretary for our clients – from dealing with daily correspondence to managing email accounts or agendas – as well as painstakingly storing and archiving your documents.
We guarantee a maximum confidentiality and discretion. As we primarily render our services with our own staff, your personal data will remain within the family office and will only ever leave our premises if they are anonymised. External service providers with whom we collaborate are carefully selected and integrated tactfully and only to the necessary extent.
